Initial communication was terrible: took more than a month a half to get a response (with a very good connection). After I received a response, things progressed quickly.

Multiple questions about outdated procedures for diagnosing computer issues, such as what various numbers of beeps at startup correspond to. Had nothing to do with any computers I would be servicing, let alone any computer they sold or serviced.
