Streamlined and efficient interview process. First interview: phone call with recruiter to screen candidates and ensure they’re qualified and willing to fulfill duties. Second interview: in-person with a sales manager, asked questions about conflict-resolution. Third interview: met with regional Vice President to discuss goals and vision.
