Interview went great but because they could not see me on Teams via my iPhone, the team requested a second interview. If this was for a 60k plus position, I’d fully understand. Not being able to visually see the candidate shouldn’t be a huge factor if speaking in-depth about having 15 years of experience & utilizing the exact programs/applications while still performing tasks under state & federal regulations is acknowledgeable.
