• First step is a phone call with the manager and the owner (same person). It’s a short presentation of yourself and they also ask about your salary expectations.
• Second step is an online interview with the assistant. Basically you do around 5 tests like IQ test, MBTI test, cognitive functions tests, and similar assessments.
• Third and final step is an in-person interview with the owner again. You present yourself again, and he can ask you anything from your CV. Then he also asks personal questions like where you live, your family, your parents’ jobs, your siblings’ jobs, and what you do in your free time
