Interview
Interviewers were good and asked practical questions related to the job.
However, never heard back about the results/feedback. This is one of those companies that will take multiple rounds of interviews and ghost you at the end.
Weirdly bad experience, it was a simple system design round which any developer with basic knowledge can do, but the interviewer was over smart and doesn't even have basic knowledge. The experience was same as solving every problem and still failing. DON'T interview if you yourself have to chatgpt things and say you are building AI. My clients are bigger than your company, and we work with bigger distributed systems LOL. I was very humble for the stupid questions which was being asked.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lyzr (Bengaluru) in Jun 2025
Interview
They are expecting strong techincal skills, strong in problem solving skills, they are asking question in practical example, like if some API is created with some functionalities, what are the bottlenecks that you face. How you changes?
