The process initially started off well, company seemed like a nice place to work and gain experience. However during the interview, the interviewer was unprofessional, verging on misogynistic. This made for an uncomfortable interview experience and gave the impression of an inappropriate work culture.
Current employees were discussed in a negative light. This was unnecessary and doesn’t set a good impression again to potential candidates.
Pros out way the cons - salaries are competitive but upper management create a bad impression of the business to potential candidates.

Interview
Emailed resume, followed by an in-person interview. There would have been a second in-person interview, but the MD was unavailable so it took place over Skype. It was very relaxed and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process, which is what I think they desired in order to see your personality.
