This is one of the worst interview processes I ever went. I got an offer from one of their projects way back in May 2020 and they have given the offer letter. Boom! It was not honored with the covid excuse. The HR said no problem, we are IT service based company, let me try with different project.
Seriously guys, I went through 15 different projects with this company. Each project has around 4-5 interviews at least and every time they say feedback was positive and when asked about offer, usual answer of Client has kept the position on hold.
The HRs are unemphatic and just say Sorry after the long processes from initial interview to Final interview.
I would never ever consider applying to Luxoft or even its parent company DXC
Two rounds of technical interview. One was 90 minutes and the other one was an hour. Focused more on the JD and was very well presented, people were nice .
