I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lux Bus America in Sep 2018
Interview
A recruiter reached out for me for an interview. Had a phone screen then moved to an onsite. After the interview I had sent a thank you note and followed up twice through email weeks later and got no response. They do not value their candidate's time.
Phone screen with someone in an administrative role. She had no interviewing skills and I’m not sure she was listening if I’m being honest. My guess is they weren’t interested prior to speaking with me so I’m curious why an interview would be requested from a technical recruiter. My own fault for applying.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very low level checklist type questions. The screener has absolutely zero interviewing skills and really added zero value to the process. Could’ve been handled over email quite frankly. I had to chase her down to get feedback nearly 10 days after she claimed she would give me feedback or next steps.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lux Bus America (Anaheim, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Hour long conversation which consisted of mostly me talking about my hobbies. Some work related material involved. Various average interview questions involved. Very banal and bland, almost no reasonable questions asked.
