I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics in Nov 2022
Interview
The first round is a 1 hour technical on OOP with a current software engineer there. He seemed to really like me and said he hoped I would hear about another round soon. The next day, I was sent a form to turn in my transcript as well as answer 4 essay questions about my background, why I liked the company, etc. as well as provide 3 references the Hiring Manager might call. They said that they would plan to talk to me after I completed this. The next day after turning in the form, they told me sorry all spots are filled up. If they knew spots were going to fill up soon, they should have just told me no and not made me answer all the essay questions and check with my previous companies for references. Waste of time and energy.
