Interview
I was briefly read a list of simple questions intended to garner character information. The process was short, but the (then) VP of the company was able to make the actual on-boarding easy.

Question 1
Basic interview questions were all centered around role-playing while gauging the interviewee's responses. Mostly dealing with customer service. Basically the formula is based on "someone's mad about something--what do you do?" which is of course only intended to elicit forms of the response "be nice".

Interview
The interview that I recieved was very unprofessional. There was a point where the interviewer said that they tease everyone and say things like "are you gay???"
At that point in the interview I knew whether I was offered the job or not I would decline because that isn't the type of environment I want to be working in.
