When you come in to respond to the hiring ad, they’ll give you a piece of paper marked pre-interview. It’s essentially an application. Employees recommended that I submit it between seven and two when the store manager is in. This is because they really want to get a sense of what an employee is like in person, and it’s apparently a very important part of the interview process. I’m returning my application today. Come into the store, fill out preliminary application, give to hiring manager, wait for phone call to set up interview (or may be interviewed on the spot when turning in application), attend interview, if hired fill out longer employment application and provide documents. (There is also an online application available.)
