Interview
The interview was two parts, a phone interview and an in person interview.
Phone interview: Supervisor asked about background and then explained why they were hiring and asked if project opportunities would be of interest.
In person: I prepared a presentation on my background, presented to a group of research assistants and program supervisors, and then was asked questions pertaining to my background.

Questions were asked about my previous work experience, a good company break down, as well as the requirements for the position. A tour was given for each department, and where the company was headed in the future was explained.
