Luminaire interview questions

Huge waste of time. Interview with Showroom manager and then East Coast director + HR director. In addition to that, I had to turn in a sample project to show my creativity and presentation skills. Interviews went well enough, however, several months go by without them giving me any updates until finally notifying me that the position is to be put on hold until a later date.

They emailed me for a first interview, that I attended to in Miami Design District. We talked about my previous experience, skills that I have beyond my resume, and how I was as a team player. I asked how will they see me fitting in the position, and I had an amazing experience. It was a very dynamic and interesting conversation with two managers, one was the showroom manager and the other was the interior architects manager. We did not talk about price ranges yet (because that is for a next interview). They made me do an assignment to show my creativity levels via e-mail, that I turned in 2 days after the interview. And now I am waiting for a follow up.
