Interview
First is a phone interview, typical questions about work history. Second interview is either in person or on Zoom with upper management. Third interview is a role play with a prospect about the product. Last interview is with VP and is more personal focused.

Levels of calls, spoke with recruiter first, then sales manager. The sales manager is not the last level, that call is more introductory. Very professional, very friendly people. Easy communication

Interview
Highly unprofessional company. I reached out to the VP of sales who clearly expressed interest in me. He had another employee reach out to me for an initial interview. That employee called me to set up a call for the next day. She unprofessionally cancelled last minute stating they had already found the candidate they were going to hire. Which was completely false because the job had been reposted the next day. This person TEXTED to cancel on me. She did even have the professional courtesy of a phone call. Upon further investigation I see that this person had significantly less experience than me. She was newer to aesthetic sales and lacked legitimate sales experience in general. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because I would never want my “boss” to be someone very under-qualified and with less experience than me. She just is not a professional. It is insulting to have people in the industry like her.
