I've had a brief interview (20 minutes long) with Bruno Bernardino, which was a very relaxed setting. It's a great guy and he showed a genuine interest in me. The whole interview was quick and a decision was made during the call in my case.

After getting similar input from other new hires and Clevertech staff, we have retired the official trial period structure. We're finding this to be a plus when it comes to morale and achievement during a new team member's first experiences with us.
