I went on a day they had open interviews so I just walked in and was interviewed in their dining area. Other people were getting interviewed simultaneously but by different managers so it wasn't a group interview situation. The interview style was very casual and my interviewer was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and not pressured. After she was done the general manager came up and asked for my availability. I received a call within a week to let me know when training was.
