Please read all the negative reviews before interviewing with them - they are pretty accurate. I had a phone call and two technical interviews. Recruiters don’t want to listen about you experience and resume at all. During the second interview, one of the senior engineers interrupted me when I just started talking about my graduate school experience and straight jumped into other questions. Very hard technical questions that test your textbook knowledge and memory rather your actual expertise. Recruiters with PhD are very bossy and expect you to answer every question just perfectly. Weird experience, never had anything like that before. Definitely trying too hard to be like Tesla.

There were emails sent to me, reaching out to set up interview, then there was a mix up for the position that I applied for and which team wanted to interview me. Finally, after several rescheduling of interviews, I hopped on a video call with the hiring manager. Manager was nice, but recruitment process was very disorganized.
