Screening call, then two rounds of zoom interviews, the first set with two people, and the third with their boss.
Needs better follow-through. After fairly consistent communication, completely unresponsive to a follow up from either recruiter or company. Never received a "we decided to go with another candidate" notice. Insulting to see several months later when they finally announced their new hire on social media.

Interview
A multiple interview process, ranging from hybrid and later invited in person. The process is streamlined and allows the candidate to understand the company and meet the teams, see the area and understand the work they do.

how have you worked with multi-disciplinary teams?
I arrived a bit early for the interview and met a few team members, before getting a tour of the facility. Everyone at the beginning of the interview was very friendly and welcoming, however my main interview was with the then-Design Director, who was incredibly late. She finally arrived after an hour of waiting and didn't offer any apologies. She then quickly glanced at my resume and grilled me on why I left one of my jobs after only a year and a half. I never received next steps after the interview, even after following up about the position multiple times.
