Lucas James Talent Partners interview questions

I applied via job board for a digital marketing role for a company they represent. After few days I got email stating the recruiter wanted to setup a call to see my background. My issue is week over week of follow ups just to hear that the company is still reviewing resumes and after awhile I forgot since I'm also interviewing with other companies to see what is good fit. Many weeks gone back and still never heard back. I'm really starting to hate working with any recruiting company since all they do is pre-screen and you never get an actual interview with the direct companies. This is why so many of these companies have a bad reputation.
