Casual process. People very friendly and accommodating. Genuinely interested in knowing me as a person. Initial contact by recruiter. A few phone conversations with hiring manager and the in person full day of one on one interviews.

Interview
Took 2 weeks to process. A panel of people interviewed me through the phone. I got the position through a supervisor woking there. This was an Internship so no technical questions were asked. Was asked basic behavioral questions.
