It took him a few days to get back to me with a desire to connect with a hiring manager. 4-5 weeks later a phone call took place with the hiring manager, Mainly technical background. 4 weeks later, went to an on-site interview. Started with a technical presentation. Follow up questions were fairly easy. People were generally interested in learning more about your work rather that quiz you. After the presentation one-on-one started. Fairly easy. They focus most on getting a good cultural fit. People here are very friendly and nice, competitiveness is not desired.
