Very easy you just need to take online test before being called in for interview. Follow up can take time not able to call back a direct number it transfers somewhere always.

The interview process was pretty easy. I walked in had to wait 30 min past my interview time. Once i was seen she asked maybe like 5 questions and told me i was hired.
Few Interviews with office manager and then regional after that they call your references and if all checks out they give you a call back with an offer or decline
