Online interview. Don't really like that type of interview. Less personal. Audio was not good and video would freeze now and then. Also lasted much longer than expected for a online interview.

A very simple process, you start by chatting with the artificial intelligence Lucy, she assigns you an appointment for an interview. Interview very simple, typical questions "tell me something about yourself", questions about interactions with clients, co-workers, etc. Then a drug test and if everything is OK, about a week of training on the computer about the company, security, etc.

Pretty easy, talk about yourself and answer five situational questions. Manager discussed job description and daily duties pertaining to working with MST at Lowes. The whole phone interview took about 20 minutes total.
