There was a phone interview set up where there were three individuals on this call yet only one was asking the questions, that were obviously read off a card. This assured that the criteria would be leveraged the same.

I never saw the manager and after half an hour of wait they asked me if i can work 4am - 1pm and said it was the only time for the one position, the actual title for the role was never said on the lowes website but i wrongly assumed there would be more than on available position

It didn’t last long but covered everything, from explaining myself to my job history. Making sure I had the skills it takes to be a good employee with them, along with being a good coworker
