It was a phone interview. HR called to set up a time. The department manager then called and we had a 30 minute conversation over the phone. He asked pre screened questions.

They basically ask situation questions. So you have to talk about situation that you were in and how you were able to resolve the situation. Give details on what happened and what steps you took to resolve the customer issue.

Pretty easy: Do you have a pulse? Can you show up on time? If they like you, they drug test you immediately. If you're dumb enough to fail that, walk into tool world and smack yourself with a ball point hammer
from start to finish, the process takes forever. Its typically a month unless they want to just scoop up a part time CSA off the street and slap a vest of them. Then the interview is pretty much " have you heard of tools? yes? can you pass this drug test? yes? alright. welcome. here's your alladin vest. Go say hi to everyone you see and ask them if they want a Lowe's card".
