Asked whole lot of situational questions etc once you got the offer they put it in computer asked work experience then the computer gave out the salary based on that work experience

It was an easy laid back interview. It felt more like a conversation with the required interview questions as formality. It did take about 2 weeks to go through the hiring process though.

A formal interview with HR manager. Some small talk then you are asked a bunch of questions and the track your answers . After the questioning they will consult with other managers and call you back in for a job offer and a drug test.
