Very Laid back interview was hired 2 weeks later. Interview was in-person. It smells amazing, which was welcoming. Loved the lush decor. Very girly and boho. Felt like a conversation and I felt comfortable to communicate my experience.
Easy going and conversational! Wasn’t super challenging asked about experience in bridal and sales in general to get a good idea of work history and smelled great in the store.

Fun and interactive with different levels of management. They vary on location but both owner and manager were professional and easy to talk to. Felt more like a constructive conversation more than a formal interview
