I applied online. I interviewed at Louisiana Resource Center for Educators
Interview
The Director came late (almost 10 minutes) for the 15 minute screener call without a heads up on her tardiness. Without asking any background about myself she abruptly asked how I would contribute to LRCE to help build equity with teachers in Louisiana. The whole screener felt rushed. She let me know the timeline at the end of the call and then completely ghosted me, despite a follow up email thanking her as well as another email asking about the status of my application. I would not recommend wasting your time. If this is how the interview process operates, I can't imagine being employed for them.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Louisiana Resource Center for Educators
Interview
I had an interview over the phone with the executive director. I was told I would hear back about the next step in two weeks, it’s was almost six weeks. Then had my second interview, was told I would hear back in two weeks and never did hear back. I had to email multiple times and reach out to a mutual contact just to find out I didn’t get the job. Apparently they had forgotten to call me and actually told me about it. Definitely not the most organized group I’ve interviewed with.
