CV screening, one-hour video interview with HR and hiring manager. Despite a series of reminders, they didn't get back to me after almost a month and a half. I still do not know if I am selected or not. Not respectful, if a candidate takes the time to do a one-hour interview, the least they can do is get back to them with feedback, positive or negative, event if the candidate is not selected for the position.
