Louis Capital Markets interview questions

Overall very simple interview. Asked about prior experience and view on markets. Asked several rudimentary questions about FX options, but nothing too complicated. Interview consisted of 2 rounds (1 with the group: 1 with head of group on different date). I would say that the interview is more of a personal fit one where they see if you can work within group.

I cold called, travelled to London to meet a partner, insisted , gave points on what i had to offer. They tested me on my reactivness my ability to communicate and my stress endurance.
