Very easy to talk to management; expectations were clearly outlined and it was very comfortable and easy. Management outlined the day to day of the job, so I wasn't surprised when I began. I highly recommend working with the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
standard questions; tell me about yourself? describe your retail experience?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Lou Lou Boutiques (Middleburg, VA) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview was scheduled via email. In great detail the interviewer laid out the position, the company and the expectations. All of my questions were answered and I felt I had a good idea of the culture and vision. The interview lasted an hour and 15 minutes ~ it was pleasant and comfortable. I left the interview feeling positive and excited about a possible offer. The interviewer said I would hear back in the next few days. I followed up the same day with an email expressing appreciation for the interview and my desire to join the company. I never received a response.. This was disappointing because I thought the interview went very well. This is a small, family owned business so I was surprised that there was no follow up, even a courtesy email to indicate that I had not been chosen for the position. Overall, the interview process was a good experience. The follow up was disappointing.
