Unbeknownst to me, it was a “group” interview, including the person who currently held the position, who greeted me in the lobby. Impossible to prepare for properly, when one is blindsided like this.

All employees are interviewed by the hotel's General Manager, which I think is awesome. The interview is pretty laid back and casual. Enusre that you are dressed business professional and project with confidence. Just be yourself!
