The interview process was a one step interview meeting with the top management. They asked questions regarding past experiences and explained their vision. It was apparent that both parties have a common ground and thus job offer was made.

1. Phone interview
Ask about yourself, your work life. Why you are interested in the job. What makes you different from others for this position etc.
2. on-site interview
need to solve 5 problems. All are very basic problems. Check how you think about those problems and how proceed to solve them.
