Entire process was pretty lengthy ~3months from phone screen to offer. 4 step process with a screening call from the recruiter, screening call from Manager, onsite interview with the team and a follow-up to discuss projects and expectations (I've heard this can be in the form of a presentation for academic backgrounds). From the initial screen, they were very direct about salary expectations which I really appreciated.
