Long wait from submitting application. Followed by a quick call from the recruitment team ( very pleasant) that was followed by two 30 minute interviews. The first one turned up 6 minutes late, spoke about him self for 10 minutes and left no time for an interview. Very unprofessional. Zero questions around technical ability. Second interview was better, and more open discussion and felt very positive leaving the call. This was followed by three weeks of waiting for feedback. I didn’t get the job or any constructive feedback. Very disappointed in my experience. Frustrating as this is a job I can easily do. I’m not sure that I will apply for future roles at this site.
