After sending in my CV I was invited to do a video interview. This was just standard competencies and 'Why are you good for the role?' etc. Following this, I was invited to an assessment center. The AC consisted of a group presentation and individual interviews after lunch. The interview was fairly standard, however, one of the male assessors didn't look interested at all. Most of the assessors were lovely, however there was one that didn't look interested in anything I had to say and made no attempt at hiding this! Furthermore, at the lunch male assessors made no attempt to converse with female candidates and instead spoke to male candidates about football etc..
