I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lonza (London, England)
Interview
Initial telephone introduction with HR personnel which was followed by a telephone introduction with the hiring manager. Finally, an onsite face to face interview with the hiring team which included a short presentation on a topic of my choice in the area relevant to the hiring department. For me, the interview process soon evolved into a discussion. There was also a 20-30 min test to assess basic numerical and analytical abilities which are required for day to day wet lab work.

Question 1
Explain in detail various research experiences listed on resume ?
It is al online and automated. I had to send all of my papers but it was all not too bad, just CV and motivation letter. I got a negative answer a few days later. I have applied to a few other positions and get a very fast rejection. At least their system is efficient .
Applied online, after 2 weeks got a screening phone call with HR, then 2 weeks after that got an interview in person. Position still available online now 3 weeks and counting, after the interview. never heard back, followed up, no response. Really unprofessional experience to ghost candidates like that.
