Interview
It was a decently easy interview. The research staff interviews you, followed by someone from sales as well as a senior analyst or two. The questions range from what do you know about this to how much do you know about finance. Then there is a writing portion, where you are given a company and transcript from an earnings call and are required to write an earnings recap.

Two rounds of interview:
- Phone interview, very straight forward about your experience from the resume
- In person interview. Second round was in the office, I met with 5 people and we all talked about what they do and what do they expect the position to be relevant to their work

Interview
I had a really straight-forward interview with a very friendly analyst. A lot of the questions were behavioral and some were finance- and market-based. The finance questions were mostly related to my previous internships and the projects that I had completed. Make sure that you can articulate well why you're interested in the position and the company.
