I had 2 interviews. They were each about 30 minutes with a manager and they just asked things about why I wanted to work at Longhorn, what skills I had that would contribute to the role, and scenario questions like how I would handle difficult customers.
It was simple to understand and she was nice for the interview but the job wasn’t good. It was quite toxic and bad pay. I was overworked a lot and it was the worst job I’ve had

We sat at one of the tables and she asked me general questions about myself & why I wanted the job. We chatted for about 30 mins and she went to her office & returned within 5 minutes to offer me the job.

Applied online and went in for an interview the next day. Interviewed with each manager separately. Both were patient and were mainly concerned with hours I could work and my past experience. However, I still got hired having no experience.
