The interview process is somewhat unorthodox. First, you speak with the founder. Then, you're asked to fill out a couple of forms that request a lot of unnecessary details—information that is typically requested only after your joining is confirmed. Finally, there's an in-person interview where you may be asked to solve DSA questions.
