Phone call was set up first with a recruiter. She went over the basics, and asked if I ever worked there before and what my expectations were. Then video interview with the sales manager. They asked about sales experience

15 minute phone interview followed by an in person interview. Phone interview was to screen and ask if you were up to the position as well as how much you know about Google Ads.

Very casual. Typical questions were asked then was shown around the office. Received an indeed message from HR about my application, and an interview followed the next day. It's a sales position so the hiring process is generally quick. After the interview, I was offered the position a day or two after.
