This started as referral from an employee at the company. I sent my resume to this contact , who forwarded to the hiring manager. The hiring manager conducted an initial phone screen for a general feel for any chemistry. I was then brought in for a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. The main point for this interview was to make sure that there was a good fit. No trick questions were asked , it was a matter of how to develop, and maintain relationships with a customer base of colleges and training centers. Making 40 - 80 phone calls was the base requirement. " Are you comfortable maintaining this rate ? " was the primary concern.
