They were very quick at answering my email, set up an interview a few days later. Was called in to the main office and sat with the Marketing Director and the Owner of LMG, they asked me questions about my academic and professional background. They informed me of their plans to expand their marketing team and asked me how I would begin the process of doing so if given the position.
