I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Locus Energy (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interviews were scheduled over a period of two weeks towards the end of Oct 2016. There were 4 rounds with senior management over a call and a full day at their office, meeting the same people in person. The interviews themselves were more conversational than interrogative. The interviewers were senior leadership and extremely humble, patient and sincere.

I applied online. I interviewed at Locus Energy in Feb 2017
Interview
The process was long and drawn out. While the people were very nice to work with, they missed many self-imposed deadlines, pushed the process out over multiple months and job descriptions, required many phone calls and in-person interviews, and were generally disrespectful of the prospective employee's time.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Locus Energy (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
HR behavioral interview. Firstly I introduced myself briefly basing on the resume. Then he asked me some questions. And finally, I asked questions that I'm interested in. He asked Why do you apply for it, Talk about your former work experience, What's your plan for the next 5 years. But I talked too much about my experience and I didn't have knowledge on solar energy field.
