Technical computer programming and general quantitative situational questions through multiple rounds of phone interviews, with an emphasis on explaining thought process while coding and how I came to my solutions and why I chose specific solutions.

There was emailing communication and then a 2 hour Interview with four 30 minute "chats" with 2 people at a time. Most of the chats were describing the company itself.
