The whole process took around 4 weeks , Did an initial interview with one of the managers. Received a follow up email stating that I made it to the second stage, however I then received an email stating that I didn’t make it to the second stage and that the email was sent in error.
Two stage interviews: 1st interview is competency based -they asked the usual competency based questions such as "tell me about a time...team-work, and difficult challenge, adaptability/flexibility, etc; 2nd interview is cultural & personality interview. They want to get to know you personally, what your hobbies are, your favourite football team, etcs. But what they really look for are extrovert candidates, not a bunch of introverts.
