Received an interview a couple days after a college career fair. The interview was formal but laid back with two lockton members. Proceeded with a follow up interview within a week or two. This was also laid back casual.
Very simple. 2 rounds, one with an actuary on the team, and the other with the lead actuary. All behavioral questions, nothing technical. Communication was very smooth, fast, and very organized process

It was a very smooth, great people work here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great experience in a summer. Work is interesting and the people are very supportive and helpful.
