Interview
It was a 3 Step Process, First Interview over the phone was really easy, a basic screen call. The next two took place in their head office with the Director of Marketing and SVP. First the director takes the interview then the SVP if you pass the second interview. The interview process was very unorganized. I came in to the office to find out that the person who was interviewing me was not even there. Waited an hour for the first in person. Second in person interview was rescheduled twice. They did not get back to me with any information after the second interview. No email stating that i didnt get it. I tried calling and sending emails to which there were no replies at all. VERY HUGE WASTE OF TIME!

Worst interview ever. I was looking to expand my career into Digital and thought this would be a good start. Did not discuss much about the position, kept on looking at my cover letter and resume. I felt that they were not prepared to interview me and the office was dead at 11am.
