two rounds of interviews, focus on the company's mission and value, 45 mins to one hour online interview with very challenging questions and difficult to ask and response for a junior and short term position, not asking for high salary and for a position like CFO and CEO, a face to face interview is more preferred, simply want a job

quite difficult wanted a lot of technical knowledge, though the interviewers were nice and welcoming. it was around 45 mins to an hour long interview with two people and a 2 stage process.
