The recruiter missed our first interview. I had to reach out to ask where they were, they just skipped me that morning apparently. Once I was able to get my first interview it went well enough. I was pretty excited. Very simple get to know you interview. Time comes for my 2nd interview. I get scheduled, not asked when I could schedule, just told when to interview. I replied later that evening, the next morning told they didn't schedule me because I waited too long to reply. Fair enough. My recruiter said "I'll schedule you for tomorrow" but never says what time. I email immediately saying ok great, what time? Never heard back. They ghosted me. I emailed three times asking to tell me when I was being rescheduled, never heard back. Just abysmal. Embarassing.
